New construction will have a different timeline based on the estimated completion. But keep in mind that the home search process can take much longer, sometimes even months depending on your needs. The earlier you get started, the more options you’ll have! Don't worry about bothering a Realtor if you're in no rush, a good one will stick out the waiting period until you're ready to roll.
